Documents Required for Learner License-
The applicant must submit the documents given below
1)Learner’s License test appointment receipt
2)Completely filled Form No. 2
3)Completely filled Form 1 (physical fitness declaration) and Form 1 A
4)Address proof- Adhaar card,Voter ID,Recent Electricity bills or telephone bills
5)Age Proof – Voter ID card,Birth certificate,Passport
6)Recent passport size photographs of the applicant
Age limit to obtain Driving Licence
1)An applicant who has completed sixteen years of age is eligible to apply for a driving licence to drive a motor cycle with engine capacity below 55 cc subject to the condition that the parent or guardian should furnish a declaration in the manner prescribed.
2)The applicant who has completed the age of eighteen years of age is eligible to apply for a driving licence to drive a motor vehicle other than a transport vehicle.
3)An applicant who has completed twenty years of age will be eligible for applying for a licence to drive a transport vehicle.
Test Procedure
1)Person has to apply online for obtaining Learner’s License and give Preliminary Test
2)On the day of appointment, he has to go to the RTO where he resides
3)Submit required documents
4)If the person answers 60% of the questions correctly, he is considered to have passed the test. If the person fails, he may reapply by re-booking online appointment.
For learning license you need to give test at RTO office. Test include of the 15 questions. You have to give at least 9 correct answers to get pass in the test. If you fail, You have to prepare again for the test. Give same exam once again in next week.
