Very important instructions to fight against Corona virus for all the citizens in the society are as following.

General Instruction:

1)Decide a single person in the house who will go out only when needed on the day of the lockdown.

2) Use only one full sleeve dress to go out every time. Wash and dry it after arrival. Do not mix in the rest of the clothes.

3) Use a single purse to go out. Use notes, coins and cards. Don’t mix it all in another purse.

4) Use only one shopping bag each time.

5) Preferably walk. If a car or bike is required, use a single vehicle permanently. Car, bike or bicycle. Auto, bus, train should be avoided if possible.

6). Don’t go out like that. Bring everything at once.

7) Avoid shopping in crowded places. Keep the right distance when shopping.

8). Mobile should not be carried. When it comes, wipe it off with a sanitizer. Also wash your hands, feet and face and change your clothes immediately. These clothes should be washed separately. Do not mix with other clothes. Putting used clothes, shopping bags, purses, car keys in a bag.

9) Do not move your hands around while using the stairs. Someone may have been there before you.

10) We all want to protect everyone in our society and community from corona. So avoid going out for no reason.

11) Take special care of children, sick people and senior citizens above 60 years of age in your household.

Some practical tips:

1) Keep a small amount of money from the bank at home. Possibly take vacations. Possible to make digital / online payments. Avoid unrealistic expenses. Planning of household money, expenses as per requirement.

2) Prevent the child from playing outside. Convincing his friend’s mother to come home. Please do not send children anywhere, not even to our home. Playing with children who are scared should make them understand what a corona is and why you want to stay at home.

3) Stock up on essentials for a month. Because there is a terrible picture of what the next day will be like.

4) Fill different types of pulses, cereals, cheese, soybeans like wheat, rice. Proteins are needed.

5) Basic items in the house, or gas cylinder is finished today, it is booked tomorrow, it will come tomorrow, after coming into the house from outside, it will be wiped clean with dettol water and kept in a corner where no one will go for three or four days.

6) Bring a kilogram of milk in groceries or in the form of powder to the house, bring it in boxes and other groceries and keep it in a place where wool falls on the balcony for 15 hours, then give it entry in the kitchen. Do not refrigerate vegetables directly.

7) The only person in the house went out with a sneer. The person came from outside to at least wash their hands and feet with savlon or dettol and take them into the house.

8) Soak dettol in hot water for three to four hours .Drying all clothes on the balcony in the scorching sun.

9) Don’t bring neighbors as you have run out. They will have a plan. As a ban on going out, please avoid meeting neighbors, sitting and chatting. Please join hands and make a request. Refuse Talk on the phone, talk on the balcony, meet at the window. Make a video call.

10) Wearing a mask when going out, not chatting with anyone and going straight to the bathroom without touching anywhere when coming in the house and hygiene yourself.

11)Close online shopping completely . Keep enough medicines in the house. ORS wallet calcium and multivitamin pills etc.

12) Eating out should be stopped. Even items like bread are completely off. Items should be taken from shops rather than malls. Many hands are to be avoided.

13) Use home made lemon etc. for vitamin c without taking fruits from outside. Drink hot water squeezed lemon every 2 hours.

14) Clean the child’s bicycle or toy and keep it at home. Be careful to use maximum indoor options to avoid going out.

15) Exercise at home and eating to satisfy hunger. Don’t eat sweets ,fried food . There should be more care for getting sick.

16) Coconut, sesame seeds, nuts, pulses are to used in making chutneys in the house.

17) Slippers should be kept on the balcony away from children. In addition,Dettol should be included in daily floor cleaning.

18) Those who want to take milk should heat it completely. After taking the milk home, heat it.In addition, discard the bag and then wash your hands.

19) Put wet waste in the bin. Sweepers are your brothers and sisters. Don’t bother them too much.
